Cool cool Moms

My Mom holding Kiran, Leland on the left, then Holly, then me. I think we lived in Maryland at the time this was taken and we are standing in front of popcorn popping on the apricot tree
In this photo: my sister-in-law Hailee Hansen, Angie Hansen, my Mother in law Carla Hansen, me, Andrea Hansen and my sister-in-law Amy Hansen. This was taken at the Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas the night before Carter and Hailee were married.

Other Moms I love. Kiran and Holly. This was taken about 5 years ago at a pumpkin patch.

Why the mad face?

Becky took this photo a year ago. They were at Jacob's birthday party, obviously not having any of the fun and merriment and Becky captured it all. I think it is such a great photo. What could they be so mad about?

Rejection

I got a new print from my cousin Shannon, who is an artist. It says
"learn to eat rejection, it makes you stronger"
I kind of love it, I love original artwork.
There is just something cool about it hanging above the pig don't you think?

Weight Watchers

I have been "dieting" for 3 weeks, exercising 5 days a week, with at least 45 minutes of cardio each day and I have not seen one change on the scale. Not one pound, not one half a pound. I am either ready to cry, eat a brownie, or see a doctor. I'll definitely cry, I just don't know what to do next. I have even been taking photos of me in my work-out gear, I just don't know if it is appropriate to post them, I can't tell if there is a difference in the past 3 weeks. I still want to cry.

oldies but goodies at the Pumpkin Patch

It is Sunday, I don't have much to do but clean, so I thought I'd write in my journal(or in other words- blog). These are some photos from Halloween past. I have always loved taking the kids to the Pumpkin Patch. I just think the colors in the photos are beautiful.

These were taken in 2003, Warren was 9 months old.

We love Max

Max really wanted me to take a photo of him during breakfast the other day. This is what I came up with. Not to bad, I wish I looked this cute when I woke up.

Thank you Mario

Warren had his first T-Ball game and I have to say I was impressed with him. While many of the kids in the out field were sitting down, looking around, talking to other kids, Warren was running for the ball, trying to do double plays, yelling at other kids to throw it to first. His first inning he got 3 kids out. He is so competitive. Thank you Mario Baseball for the Wii.
