It's just one of those things....

where I can't tell if this skirt is really dorky or really cool. Spencer and I went out on a date on Saturday night and we decided to go shopping after dinner. I passed by this little diddy while we were about to check out so I just grabbed it knowing I could take it back. I wore it to church today, but I still have mixed feelings about it. I don't know, maybe it's the color, I don't know how I feel about wearing taupe on my lower half and white around my waist, maybe it's the style, I feel a little 80's in it, if only I could accessorize like my sister it is quite possible I could make this look cool. Maybe it's the size, I feel like it is too big and there is too much slack in the hips, but it is also quite possible that I wear my clothes way too tight and that might also explain why I have not had a calling in Young Women's in the past 6 years;)

By the way, how do you like me scars on my shins, I now have 4 bruises from my little fall last week.

This, however, is my FAVE! I heart you Banana Republic, I just wish you lived closer to me.

for the record, I think the first skirt is awesome with a capital A. What must it be like to be able to wear cute clothes that fit?! I vaguely recall that.

You crack me up! It's hot - it's a get noticed skirt! You always look so put together - I think it's the belt thing. I have a whole lot of belts - maybe I should try to wear one again - it's been a while!
