You know what I didn't like about Skamania?

Not a thing!!! We loved Skamania Lodge! Although you can't tell by this picture, Max looks like he was punched in he eye, Auri looks kind of homeless and Warren looks super happy for a photo-opp, still we loved the lodge.

I loved how my kids would say, "Mom, are we going to the lodge this weekend?", like we are the kind of folks that "go to a lodge on weekends" and the kind of folks that don't use the word folks.

I loved how they offered you an umbrella when you left, I loved how there were 3 pools, I loved the gingerbread houses, I loved the Christmas decorations, I loved the food, I loved it all and I loved that it only took about 35 minutes to get there.

The outdoor pool early in the morning, I think I got the moon in the background, that's how early we get up people! That is why I make my kids go to bed at 7:30 sharp, because we get up when the moon is still out!

The gingerbread houses, they had a candy buffet, my kiddos were in Heaven!
